This website is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party. This page explains the little data that does get processed, and what happens to it.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by MVPSHIP. Write to hello@mvpship.ai with any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights set out below. That address reaches the people who run the site.

What this website collects

Nothing directly. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no embedded video, no chat widget and no third-party font or script. Pages are static HTML, CSS and images served from mvpship.ai.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

Fonts

The typefaces are served from mvpship.ai rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a font provider.

Hosting and request logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Serving a page means Cloudflare handles the request, and it logs request data — including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — to run and protect its network. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this, and its own retention is governed by its privacy policy.

We do not receive those raw logs. On the plan this site runs on they are not available to us, so we cannot identify individual visitors, cannot build a profile of you, and hold nothing of that kind to hand over or delete. Legal basis for the processing that does happen: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

Every call-to-action on this site opens your email client. If you write to us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and to discuss possible work — nothing else.

• Legal basis: your request, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records.
• Processors: mail to this address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox we operate; the provider of that mailbox handles the message too.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we run no advertising. Data reaches only the providers that host this website and carry our email, acting on our instructions. Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States and processes data outside the EEA; it does so as our processor under its data processing addendum, which incorporates the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable form. You can also object to processing we base on legitimate interest. Write to hello@mvpship.ai and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to a data protection authority — in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this policy

If this site starts collecting anything — a contact form, a scheduling embed, privacy-friendly analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that goes live.
